Incorporated material

This handbook incorporates rules content from the documents listed below. Each is itself released under CC-BY 4.0. The incorporated material has been modified: rules text has been edited, rewritten, recombined, renamed, and relocated; new content has been written around it; setting-specific framing has replaced the original framing throughout.
